Cynergy is a specialist bank offering credit to entrepreneurs and High-Net-Worth Individuals with complex needs who are not served well by retail banks.


Cynergy is let down by its internal processes, a lot of which is run on outdated tech. As a result, the cost of operations compared to income is too high and makes their growth plans impossible. To achieve their plans, Cynergy wants to rebuild its internal systems – automating processes and using data more effectively.


I collaborated with the Designit London for this project.
